Miller\, Esq.\, who is Senior Vice President\, Global Advisory Services Leader at HaystackID\, based in Los Angeles\, CA. With nearly 20 years of field experience\, a background in legal\, then forensics and eDiscovery\, followed by privacy\, governance\, and incident response\, Matt is like a “Swiss Army Knife” for organizational data challenges.  \nMatt formerly co-developed Ernst & Young’s information governance solutions\, and later was VP\, Global Information Governance Advisory Services Leader at Consilio LLC. He has led highly complex incident response related forensic investigations and multi-national\, petabyte-scale\, data governance and privacy engagements.​ He has also worked with Legal\, IT\, IT Security\, Records\, Privacy\, and Compliance teams to enhance investments in processes and technologies while increasing operational efficiencies yet reducing enterprise data management risks and costs.  \nMr. Miller has been a speaker at nearly 50 industry events in the USA\, Canada\, and Australia. He has been quoted on Law.com\, Forbes.com\, and ComplianceWeek.com. He a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 11 on Data Security and Privacy\, and a member of the HTCIA\, Silicon Valley Chapter.
